GENERAL PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Somewhat laid back, he is considered almost too calm for an ISC officer. The only thing saving him from a prompt dismissal from the Star Navy is he’s still arrogant and can actually interface with other races without being ran out for the typical ISC "peace at all costs" stance. Firm defender of the "original" Pacification Programme. Very sarcastic, especially when the situation is not to his liking. Knows that his sarcastic ways are often mis-interpreted, therefore keeps to the "tall silent type" persona.
NOTABLE CREWMEMBERS/PATRONS/CONTACTS: Varkin Nikrav, Meeskeen Lt. Cmdr, XO to Julin. Dareau, Meeskeen Captain, Day-to-day commander of the ISCS Little Paradise. "Jello Wrestlers", a collection of distinguished females from all races that were pacified and now can be used as covert operatives if needed.

HOBBIES/VICES: Hobbies include plotting the eventual pacification of the entire galaxy, gaming. No major / known vices.
MOST NOTABLE ITEMS OF PERSONAL HISTORY: Engaged in first contact with Gorn/Romulans. Ambassador during the early contacts, was trained in Romulan vessel operations, also familiar with Federation, Hydran, Klingon vessels if the lighting is replaced. Assisted in development of ISC fleet and echelon tactics. Was banished to the hinterlands of ISC space for an extended period due to disagreements with high command over the methodology of implementing the pacification programme. Has become a decorated stratician and found to be just a little too valuable to be returned to the hinterlands or a permanent ambassadorial position, despite sarcastic nature and disagreements with high command. Currently second in command of the Concordium’s intelligence operations.

STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES : Brilliant strategician, has led his forces to numerous victories, including his first campaign back on "active" duty, the first cross-time campaign, and the first "draft" campaign. Veltrassi quad-linked body with associalted telepathy / group mind is another benefit he uses / abuses. Does not prefer tactical engagements, and doesn’t have many "true friends" outside of his crew.
