Information on this particular individual is sketchy. It is believed that Sub
Commander Drall is a prominant figure in the Romulan Tal Shiar as well as in the
Romulan SPQR fleet. Because Tal Shiar affliations are extremely secret, it is
doubtful that even his fellow captains know who he truly his. It is also doubtful
that Drall is his true name, although that would be impossible to confirm.
History first learnt about Sub Commander Drall when he was given command of a
heavy cruiser, the Rubicon in the later part of the General War. He won a string of
fine victories against several Federation and Gorn opponents, however the war
ended was ended aruptly by the Great Warp Field Collapse anomaly before he had
a real chance to prove himself.
A master tactician, Sub Commander Drall is believed to have been a major player in
the planning of Operation Dry Pond. Aimed at securing the capture of the ISC
capital world of Concordia during the closing weeks of the Pacification conflict in
2272 the operation was a complete success.
It is believed that despite his high rank, Sub Commander Drall is
relatively new to starship combat. As such he has yet to find his true feet at the
helm of a Romulan starship. That said, with his peers in the SQPR fleet to aid him,
he will not be considered ’inexperienced’ for long.
