Raised on a Lyran War Destroyer production facility, Captain Chesire Cat
quickly became fasinated by the workings of the ESG field. It is said that was able
to pilot a starship before he could walk and he was also one of the first Lyran
captains to employ the ESG as a ram. Needless to say, CheshireCat was born to
command a starship.
Known for his huge constant grin when in combat, his passion for battle almost
equals his thirst for killing the Lyran’s ancient enemy, the Mirak. He has also gutted
several of his own officers personally for saying the word Mirak in his presense.
Although the two races were briefly allied during the recent Pacification War,
CheshireCat did not consider the alliance to be valid and would fire on any Mirak
vessel that came within range. This almost caused disaster on several occassions
and eventually alliance command removed him from any joint operations with Mirak
ships. He is also known to be a member of the Golden Pride Fleet. His ship has
recently been seen near the border of Mirak space. Doubtless another campaign
against the unspeakable ones draws near.
The master of ESG tactics many enemy captains have regretted
getting too close to CheshireCat’s ship. Of course because he can sabre dance like
a Klingon, one might well regret keeping their distance as well.
