Known for his outspoken nature, Captain Dagger is known for his fierceness as much in the verbal forums of the ISC politics as on the battlefield. It is believed that Dagger is a young captain, possibly the youngest to ever attain command of an ISC heavy cruiser. He also is believed to have been the youngest captain in the history of the ISC to have been elevated to a position in high command (read an RM role). But in recent times Captain Dagger has gone missing. This disappearance resulted in changes to the ISC command structure that resulted in the short lived ISC War of Pacification that was only halted by a combined Romulan, Mirak and Federation assault fleet. Sporadic messages have been seen eminating from an unknown sector supposedly from Captain Dagger, so it is assumed that he may in time return.
The Romulan Tal Shiar have gathered information that he is investigating rumors of an encroaching enemy from other galaxy for the ISC, however that has not yet been confirmed. (read.... if Andros are in SFC3 you might come back Dagger... )
